Pharmacy

The Practice has links with several local pharmacies:

Please indicate the Pharmacy of choice on your script.

There is always a Pharmacy open in Bath on Sundays and Bank Holidays: usually 11am – 12 noon and 6pm – 7pm.

Sainsbury’s Pharmacy operates in line with its usual retail Bank Holiday times. Telephone 0117 9414650 after hours and at weekends for details of the Pharmacist on duty.

Repeat Prescriptions

You may apply in writing (preferably using the computer printed counterfoil) or electronically. Ask at Reception for details.

Allow two working days for processing. Your signed prescription can be collected from Batheaston Pharmacy or (where you have indicated this,) from the Pharmacy of your choice. If you would like your script to be kept back at Reception, please indicate this clearly.

Should you wish it to be posted to you please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope.

Periodically patients will be invited for review of medication. Prescriptions will not be issued to patients who ignore requests to attend for medication review.  They will be held back at the Practice.

Please note we do not accept prescription requests over the phone. This is to protect patients from potential error.
