Swine Flu Advice

For all Patients – Apply usual good infection control rules

For Patients who suspect they may have contracted the virus:

(a)    Please do not attempt to come into the Surgery

(b)   Telephone Reception (01225 858128) and tell them your symptoms

(c)    Reception will get a Doctor to call you at home

(d)   Isolate yourself as best you can to prevent spreading the infection to those round you

New Services

Our “Extended hours” surgeries have generally been well used. In addition to normal surgery hours we open once a week either on a Saturday morning or a weekday evening. These clinics are intended for people who cannot get to the surgery easily during normal office hours owing to work commitments. We request that patients respect this so that those who most need the service are able to take advantage of it.

These clinics do NOT provide emergency medical cover, as the appointments are booked for routine patients only. Out of Hours medical cover is provided in the usual way by Bath Emergency Services (BEMS) at the Riverside Health Centre in Bath.
